Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar was the sculptor of the Indian Constitution and the first Justice Minister of Independent India. He was a prominent activist and social reformer. Dr. Bhimarao Ambedkar sacrificed his entire life for the upliftment of the Dalits and the progress of the backward classes in India. Dr. Ambedkar is famous for being the savior of Dalits. All the credit goes to Dr. Bhimarao Ambedkar for his position in the society today.

AMBEDKAR JAYANTI :- In India every year is celebrated as Ambedkar Jayanti on 14th April. Bhararat Ratna Ambedkar, known as Babasaheb, fought for equality throughout his life. His birthday is a major Indian festival and festival. This festival is celebrated every year on the 1st of April with India all over the world. It is a festival of social, cultural and religious nature. Many states in India, including Maharashtra, have public holidays on this day. Ambedkarite people celebrate this day as ‘Samantha Day’ and Maharashtra Government as Knowledge Day. On every birthday of Babasaheb his followers follow his birthplace, Bhim Janmabhoomi Memorial as well as Deekshambhoomi, Chaitybhumi, other related places, public places, cities, villages, schools, colleges, universities as well. Buddhist monuments around the world, including India, come together to greet him. Ambedkar’s birth anniversary is celebrated in more than 4 countries of the world. New Delhi: Every year, the statue of his father, Indian Vice President, Vice-Prime Minister, Union Minister, Lok Sabha, Governor, other ministers and politicians of all the Rajya Party and Ambedkarist people pay their respects to the statue of his father in the Indian Parliament. Indian Buddhists worship the Buddha Vihar as well as the Trivar in front of the Ambedkar statue or idol in his house. Various social and cultural events are organized, people run, drums and dancing bring joy. Non-Dalit people also celebrate their birth anniversary with great enthusiasm to greet Ambedkar. Ambedkar jubilee is celebrated with joy and joy in all the big cities across India.
